charlotte & owen

Charlotte and Owen are the sweetest couple.. having been living apart (Charlotte in London and Owen in Wolverhampton) for a while leading up to the wedding they suddenly were getting married and moving in to a new flat pretty much at the same time! But what a lovely start to their new life together!
The wedding reception was held on a beautiful crisp and clear October day at the fabulous Dumbleton Hall in Evesham which is where Charlotte got ready in to her fabulous Fur Coat No Knickers dress before heading over to Stourbridge to Owen's local church for the ceremony. A little later than originally planned (Bride's perogative) but in fabulous style, Charlotte arrived and the ceremony was a gorgeous mix of readings and a wonderful choir before heading out for confetti and a rather sticky moment of the car key to the wedding car breaking off in the lock (saved by the Mother of the Groom!)
We all then headed back over to Dumbleton for canapes and some lovely photos in the most gorgeous grounds... including an old stone church window!
The wedding party then sat down for their wedding breakfast followed by speeches (including a great power point presentation from the Best Man)!
The evening celebrations began with Charlotte and Owen cutting the cake that Charlotte lovingly made herself... yes... made herself! And then a cracking band led a fantastic ceilidh! (Man! It's a proper workout!)
The day was beautiful from start to finish and a wonderful start to a new life for them both up here in the Midlands. Thank you Charlotte and Owen for letting me share your gorgeous day!

  1. Beautiful images Emma. And I am completely in love with that dress. I've had to save some of these images because one day I want a dress just like that!
